Utah Concealed Carry Class

Utah is one of the few states that allows non-Utah residents to obtain their concealed carry permit. Click here to read more from the official Utah DPS website.
If you have a current, valid, New Mexico CCW permit, you can take the Utah CCW class and obtain a Utah CCW permit which will allow you to carry concealed legally in eight additional states (as of today) which currently do NOT recognize New Mexico's CCW permit.
Those states (as of today) are:
Alabama
Delaware
Georgia
Louisiana
Pennsylvania
South Dakota
Washington
Wyoming
I will be teaching the first Utah Concealed Carry class on Saturday, March 30, from noon to 4pm at the Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce conference room.
The class will be about 4 hours in duration and there is no shooting involved. The class material covers Utah requirements and law only.
The fee for this class will be $85, payable in advance of each class. Once paid, the fee will be non-refundable. But, if you sign up for a specific iteration of a class and are not able to attend, you may attend a future iteration.
Sign-ups will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
The minimum number of students required to conduct a class is 5. If 5 students are not signed up by 5pm the day before the class, it will be re-scheduled for a later date, with those who are pre-paid guaranteed a slot.
Feel free to pass this email message on to others who have NM CCWs, but may not have taken initial NM CCW instruction from me and who may be interested in obtaining a Utah CCW license.
