I'm replacing the fabric top on my 1993 Saab 900T Covertible.

Does anyone know where to get, or have a copy of the SAAB Technical Service Bulletin 03/93-0316 which addresses problems with wear and fabric tearing due to stress points and pinching?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
