Ready vs. Backlog on the Zen board

FYI, I set a limit of 8 cards in the "Ready" column on the Zen board.  This is just to make sure that people considering which work to take on don't have to read through scores of tasks to figure out what's important and what's ready to be worked on.  We can tweak the number as needed.  "Ready" tasks can be moved into the Backlog, and vice versa, to reflect changing priorities in the project.
