Interest in pair programming

We got a bunch of new people at this evening's study group and there was much interest in doing some pair programming to get ramped up in Ruby/Rails. So I wanted to post some links to on line resources - for getting set up and for finding pairs. But feel free to post to this thread to try to organize pairing sessions with people in this group.
