to Large Bicycles
Hi all, I rarely posted here, I'm David Folch, 6'6" founder of DirtySixer bikes (more than 10 years making big 36er). I'm launching a new lineup of 32" wheels bikes (686 ETRTO). First a fully integrated electric (Bosch CX system) version of the AllRoad and soon other models. I'm curious about the group opinion on it. I've heard for the last ten years doing 36er that "it is not standard wheel, where do I get tires" and I bet this is going to be again the same comments. Except this time I make my own rims and tires (with VeeRubber) and more tire brands are embracing the 32" size (I cannot reveal yet the brand but it's a major one). More bicycle brands will be making bike with this wheel size too. It fills the gap between 29" but not as big as 36". So will you be interested in a 32" wheel bike and what should be the next model to launch after the trekking ebike? Thanks for your feedback. David
