Waterford Touring bike 30" TT 39" standover height

This is a frame made from Reynolds 753 and fork from 531. Frame type is 1900 which is the full-on touring frame for Waterford. My best quess is this is a bicycle for someone who is around 6'8" or more

I'm 6'4", 100pbh, happy on a 67cm or 68cm Rivendell, though I sometimes think I could go just a tiny bit bigger.  Before I knew anything at all about bikes, a shop in Philadelphia tried to sell me a 70cm Panasonic that I now (20 years later) wish I had purchased!

39" standover is truly remarkable.

Yes,, that was a mistake the ST nis 30’ AND standover is 39”
