Greetings everyone!
Just a reminder that Wine Tasting Tickets are currently available on
our website. It is highly recommended that anyone planning to attend
purchase their tickets now! We already have one date that is
completely sold out, and several others that are approaching a sell-
out! Here is a recap of what we have to offer each weekend.
Each wine tasting also serves an elegant tasting plate of fruit,
cheese, and bread, along with some special surprise tasting items
selected to compliment the wines. Entertainment includes Marc Gunn,
Vince Conaway along with others for your pleasure.

Week Three (Nov 20/21): New World Wonders
Week Four (Nov 27/28): Varietal Encounters

Tickets are $40 (+tax) per seat (festival admission NOT included), and
normally sell out well in advance of the event. Tickets are now

I would like to invite everyone to join us at a fund raising event for
the St Tammany Outreach for the Prevention of Suicide.
The Art in Motion Hafla fund raising event will be taking place this
Friday, July 30, 2010 from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM at the St Tammany Art
Association in Old Town Covington at 320 North Columbia Street,
Covington, LA 70433. Tickets are $10 per guest and half of all
proceeds will be donated to the St Tammany Outreach for the Prevention
of Suicide in honor of Matthew Rhinehart, the younger brother of
Safira of All Points Belly Dance who left us in October 2009. For
more information about the St Tammany Outreach for the Prevention of

Performances for the evening will be in many different styles of belly
dance to include tribal fusion, American cabaret, folkloric, and more.
Merchants will be on hand with some beautiful costumes, accessories,
and other things related to dance for sale. We will also be hosting a
Belly Dance Swap Meet where dancers from all over the area can sell or
trade their gently used costuming with each other. Kinetic art from
Objector Snark will be on display for your enjoyment.
Performers include Jacquie of Pandorium Belly Dance, Safira of All
Points Belly Dance, Philomusia Concern, Pandorium Belly Dance Company,
Minowara Belly Dance Ensemble, and more! For more information please

We are happy to announce that last month the Louisiana Renaissance
Festival was selected by Google as one of the most popular local
businesses on Google. According to the letter we received less than 1%
of businesses in the United States were selected to receive this
recognition, which makes it a rather special selection!
