Greetings everyone!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had a great weekend
with lots of people joining us for a weekend of fun and shopping. Now
that it is December we have a few special treats for everyone!
We are holding our Best Christmas Decorations contest this weekend
for our merchants, and I would love to have you help us decide which
booths are the best decorated! I will have ballots available at the
ticket booth if you would like to get one on the way in so you can
make notes about which decorations you like the best. There are
bragging rights and cash prizes for the merchants with the best
booths, and the winners will be announced in next week’s ENewsletter.
This weekend is also our Celtic weekend. Come out as we celebrate
the Celtic influence on the Renaissance Era. We will be joined by the
Mississippi Irish Dancers as well as some additional bagpipes. And
what would Celtic weekend be without the Best Knees Contest! The
contest is open to everyone wearing a kilt, so come out and join us
for the contest!
We are also excited to announce that the Pirate Shantyman and Bonnie
Lass are returning this weekend. Come out and join our favorite
pirates as they entertain you on the Kings Stage this weekend.
We still have some seats left for this weekend’s Queen’s Tea, which
takes place at 1:30 at the Queen’s Arms pavilion. This relaxing and
enjoyable Tea with Queen Elizabeth and other nobility lasts
approximately 90 minutes and is a wonderful event for both adults and
children. For more information on the Queen’s Tea go to

The weather this weekend looks like it is going to be great with the
high on Saturday being a wonderful 72 degrees. Sunday is a bit cooler
but still lots of sun and beautiful weather. Come out and enjoy this
fantastic weather with us as we kick off our Christmas Shopping
Season, with only one more weekend left after this weekend!
