Greetings everyone!
My time is flying along, we now have less than 120 days left before our 2012 Season Opening, and there are a couple things going on now that I wanted to let you know about.
First up, we are currently offering a 15% Early Bird Discount for everyone who orders their Friends of Faire, Season Pass or Admission Tickets this month. If you are someone who likes to plan early and save money, this is an excellent offer to take advantage of! Next, we are now taking reservations for all of our special events this fall. Here is a list of the events we have planned this fall, along with a link for you to get more information about each event.
Join Madame Ghislaine for a fantastic Wine Tasting experience. Please note that many of the dates are typically sold out weeks before we open, so plan early!

Join everyone's favorite Scottish wench, Bonnie Mackinlay, as she takes you on a tasting tour of all five whisky-producing regions of Scotland!

Join Madame Ghislaine for an adventure in "Beer Tasting." Note that this event is only held on the last weekend of the Faire during our Fireworks Finale Weekend)

Join us as we welcome Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth to the Village of Albright with an afternoon Tea, complete with several courses of tasty finger food and a souvenir to take home with you!

Join Maid Marian is throwing a surprise party for Her Majesty in celebration of the 13th year of Queen Elizabeth’s reign. Note that this event is designed specifically for younger children, and must have at least one adult attend along with the children.

We are still accepting applications for merchants who would like to join us for our 2012 season, but time is running out. We recommend getting your application submitted as early as possible, but the absolute deadline for submission is September 1st. That’s about it for the moment. Next month I will let you know some of the construction projects that are currently underway at the festival site, as well as introducing some of our new merchants.
