Hakkan will be my main and will dominate with the oil coaster, and i
predict he will be GOD TIER when super comes out. The only other
character i can remember saying "WTF" when i first saw him was
probably Voldo from the Soul Calibur series. What other fighting game
characters can you remember when you first saw them and had a "WTF"
moment?

For some reason Hakan reminds me of blanka, it looks like they took
blankas modle and used it as a base for Hakan.
