Hi everyone,

I had a technical issue with my online LARE Inventory, Analysis and Project Management exam scheduled for August 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

I successfully completed the PSI online check-in process and was admitted by the proctor, but when they tried to launch my exam, I received the following message:

“Your exam is not available to launch. Contact your testing organization for assistance.”

PSI Support told me that the issue was a server error on the test sponsor’s end, so I was unable to take the exam.

I have already contacted CLARB and ExamStudio Support, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response from anyone yet.

Did anyone else taking the Inventory, Analysis and Project Management section online on August 9 experience the same or a similar issue? If so, how was it resolved, and were you able to reschedule your exam without an additional fee?

I would really appreciate hearing about your experience or any advice on what I should do next.
