PSI proctor did not show up/ I could not take my exam

I have my section 4 exam scheduled for today at 8:00 a.m. at a PSI testing facility. I have accommodations and need a special proctor for my exams. My accommodations proctor and I sat on the curb outside the PSI testing center from 7:15-8:45 a.m. waiting for a PSI worker to show up and let us into the testing facility to take the exam. No one showed up. I have been in contact with the PSI hotline worker, but have not been able to get in touch with CLARB. 

Does anyone know who I should contact through CLARB to get my exam rescheduled? I have already emailed the in...@clarb.org.
