Actually didn't read any books for Section 2. Didn't consider it the most efficient use of time for that particular section.

• did every online flashcard I could find on each section (study blue, cram, quizlet)
• paid for 3 online practice tests. most beneficial part!
• read through every post on google groups to find out little bits here and there
• watched youtube videos for anything I didn't understand
