Exam terminated for no reason Section 4

I was done with my exam and going back through the review screen, when all of a sudden the exam terminated, with 22 minutes left. No explanation. So frustrating. I contacted PSI and Clarb, and they are supposedly investigating.

Anybody else have this happen?

My exam "lost connection" at one point today. Took it at a testing center.

My exam also lost connection - screen went white during the test. The proctor was able to get it back up on the screen but I believe the clock kept going and it wiped out the answer I had been working on

With as expensive and important that these tests are.. with the deadline before it switches to the new platform.. they need to fix this. Ridiculous. They had better reinstate mine or I am going to be very upset.  I did nothing wrong, and it was their fault absolutely in this case.  They just shut it down early. Period.  

They are investigating still waiting to hear what will happen.

They are having me retest.  It's so annoying but I don't have to pay again at least.  I take it May 9. It was their fault.

For future testers who read this thread: I was able to successfully take Exams 1 + 2 online with no issues in Dec. I took Exam 3 online with no issue in Apr. When when I sat for my Exam 4 in Apr online, the proctor could not get my test to launch on screen. I spent 90 very tense minutes with tech support - on the phone in a noisy call center, via chat, and they even took control (with consent) of my computer at one point to try to troubleshoot.

I finally called CLARB when they ran out of options/my test was no longer available to take. I *highly* recommend anyone in the same boat do the same. A real person answered the phone right away, assured me I could retake the exam in 3 wks during their make-up window. I was sobbing honestly at that point - such high stress! I took the make-up test for Exam 4 this past Monday and feel pretty confident that I passed (results still to come).

They scored my first (terminated exam) which I passed... I actually took the retest too, but since I passed the first one (I had nearly finished when it terminated) they just took the first score.. pass.

Definitely stressful.. but I am done, all sections passed.   PSI is not the best though.. many issues over this testing experience.
