P&D Provisional Feedback

I took the P&D exam on Saturday December 14th and got a provisional feedback of "Likely to Pass" right after. I heard that this is their first year of providing provisional feedback for this section. How accurate is this? Would there be any scenario where the final result actually ends up being a Fail?

I took IA+PM in August with the "likely to pass" feedback and the official results matched. I spoke to CLARB after the results were released - they said if you get a "likely to pass," you are in the clear for official results. There's a better chance of receiving a "likely to fail" and then receiving a PASS once official results are released. There's no receiving "likely to pass" then a FAIL.
