Any one used the new LARE study guide from Shake and Bake publication? Does it helpful?

Wondering if anyone used it before....... Or if you have any other recommendations for sample exams.......

None of those exams are new, they were written several years ago and as far as I know have never been updated. A simply search inside this forum will show a number of posts where people discuss their experiences with shake and bake. FWIW I used it once and was not happy with the quality or relevance of the material.

I know this is old but I'll give you my two cents. For studying for 1 and 2 I bought the Shake and Bakes and both parts of LarePrep. For Section 1 I also read Construction Contracts. Those are the only sources I used. 

I bought Shake and Bake and took it every other night (it takes about 30-40 minutes to take it then grade it) until I passed every question (I took it forwards and backwards to mix it up). Once I perfected Shake and Bake I bought the first LarePrep and took it until I perfected it, then bought part 2. 

Honestly I am not sure how many questions were directly relevant but I learned enough to know what the questions on the Exam were asking and I knew what was NOT the right answer. To be unclear, if you know what the answer to a question isn't, you're halfway there.
