anyone ran into system error for testing on site?

My schedule time is 9:30am. The admin can't generate the test on their system. We were given a ticket number and asked to reschedule. The 9 am candidates went in without a problem. The system error happened after that.

Yes, PSI told me they need 3-5 business days to escalate my case and said many people were having the same issue today. Every time the proctor would release my test, a screen would come up that said “Exam can not be restarted,” but I never started the exam to begin with. I was on the phone with them all day and they reassured me that CLARB would accept my test outside of the testing period once the issue is resolved.

Exhausting! Haha back to studying in the meantime I guess.

I just took the test yesterday I found psi extremely frustrating.  It quit on me in the middle of the exam.  It took me about a half an hour to get back in.  I was able to resume my test. It was very slow hard to load each question took a long time to come up.  I took section 3.  The previous way they had the testing online was better.  This new platform was not very good in my opinion.  I was able to finish and I feel like I did good on the exam the whole process of using this system was annoying.  If it locks you out you have to go through all the scans again which is annoying.  I hope that they switch back to the other one for the next round

CLARB please switch back to Pearson VUE!! PSI was a terrible experience. It started off with PSI pushing back my appointment and then once started, the Section 3 test was glitching for me and 2 other people. We had to stop the test for them to restart the system. Overall it ran glitchy throughout the test. Someone else taking Section 2 couldn't even start at all due to technical issues and had to leave.

I was one of the people that had the issues taking the exam. I emailed CLARB and I think anyone else who had the issues should too :(
