Can someone help me out with the contents of a strategic implementation plan. basically what does it include? thanks!!!

According to Planning and Urban Design Standards, implementation plans details how to make the plan a reality. So it includes public support, zoning enforcement and regulatory approvals, investment and finance (funding sources), marketing, conceptual budgets, and urban design plans (neighborhood plans, downtown plans, and mixed-use development plan) that implements the vision.
