Please note that you are not permitted to post copyrighted material on this Google Group. Study notes from resources are permitted. If you have a PDF of a relevant book chapter, et cetera and would like to share it, please send ADMIN permission granted by the publisher of said material. Violation of this policy will result in a ban. Previous iterations of this Google Group were shut down due to copyright violations, resulting in a great deal of legitimate material, insight, et cetera being lost and we do not want this to happen again.
