I passed section 4 for the first time last December and I'll be teaching that session.  I'm a junior designer and I have no construction or any fieldwork experience but I still did it. Therefore I hope to share my thoughts and tips with you there. And all the other instructors also have passed their tests recently.

I reached out to NY ASLA about the link being gone and they said the following:

We took down the posting because CLARB has told us that our instructors can not have passed the test within the past 3 years. We are meeting with CLARB today to see if we can meet their guidelines.

It has not been rescheduled, sounds like they will offer it later this year.
