Larch 1.1.2
Built from source on CENTOS 6.6

I've had great success migrating three email accounts from one domain.
All appeared to work perfectly to transfer from one web host to another.

All went well transferring the three email accounts for a second domain until I came to pass Larch over the mailboxes for a second time to pickup any new mail that had subsequently arrived. Initially I appeared to be having authentication problems:

[04:30:33] [user] [<] connected to domain.com on port 993 using SSL
[04:30:43] [fatal] Net::IMAP::NoResponseError: Authentication failed. (tried LOGIN, PLAIN) (cannot recover)
[04:30:43] [user] 0 message(s) copied, 0 failed, 0 deleted out of 0 total

But couldn't understand why as I could login to webmail at both ends, and this was only the case for one account.
It appeared that Larch would only work with the same email address at both ends?
I was attempting to move it from clouds@domain to warren@domain and I did't get the error if I setup an email alias at the origin server pointing warren@domain to clouds@domain.

Apologies for the extensive preamble but the problem I have is that Larch appears to work through matching the email and mailboxes fine on both servers but transfers nothing when I can see new messages have arrived at the origin server. So it seems to be skipping new messages somehow?

I tried setting up a matching clouds@domain account on the destination server so the addresses were matching at both ends but then received the authentication error (as above).

I've also tried deleting ./larch/larch.db but the problem persists.
It seems like some kind of corrupted configuration file someplace that needs resetting?
Perhaps there are characters that are not allowed in the password?

Any help appreciated!
