Error when running Larch

Hi

I hope someone can help me.

I have installed larch and run from the command line.

I get the following error and have tried looking around for a fix but can't see anything.

 [fatal] Errno::ECONNREFUSED: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. - connect(2) (cannot recover)

I know all the settings for the transfer are correct.

Is there anyone who can help.
