Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of using larch to transfer my Gmail account to a dovecot server.  I synced over about 200 emails from my Inbox, forgetting that some of these will be in All Mail.  How does larch handle duplicates?  These should have the same uid and be passed up, right?

Best,

Jason

Jason,

Depends on your configuration. If you don't exclude All Mail then yes you will get a duplicate. Larch will copy/sync both folders and the contents of both folders. Larch is IMAP. So it will copy the folder structure like any IMAP client such as Apple Mail. It will see Google's 'labels' as IMAP folders.
