Greetings fellow film fans:
Two new movies and a concert flick open this week in local
theaters. Opening Thursday, December 5 are the horror movie
"Werewolves" and the science fiction comedy, "Y2K". Also opening
is a Christmas themed concert Fathom Event (that means higher
ticket prices) running December 5 to 12, the awkwardly titled,
"for King + Country's A Drummer Boy Christmas Live", which, of
course, is not live at all.
The best movies in town this week, are"The Best Christmas
Pageant Ever", "Wicked", "Bonhoeffer: Pastor. Spy. Assassin."
and "Gladiator II".
The movie listings for local theaters below don't include
limited run movies showing in Laramie now and during the next
few days, including,"National
Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation" (1989 ends tomorrow)" "Love Actually" (2003) "My
Neighbor Totoro" (1988, runs Dec. 7-12) along with other special
event showings. Check the local theater web pages (links below)
to see information about these limited run films and other
upcoming movies, Fathom Events, TCM anniversary showings, sports
events, concerts, operas, and to keep up with last-minute
schedule changes in movie showings. Check the following web
