Greetings fellow film fans:
For those who haven't noticed, I've been on vacation for the
past couple of weeks, so now I am trying to catch up.
Movies this week at Laramie theaters include, just in time for
the election, a look at Donald Trump in the TV show that made
him famous, "The Apprentice", the comedy political documentary
"Am I Racist?", the faith-based political drama, "Average Joe"
and four animated films, "My Hero Academia: You're Next",
"Transformers One", "The Wild Robot" and "The Nightmare Before
Christmas" (retro 1993 release, including 3D screenings).
The best movies in town are "Am I Racist?", "Terrifier 3",
"Transformers One", "The Wild Robot" and "My Hero Academia:
You're Next".
The Albany County Public Library is looking for volunteers to
help with future film series at the library. If interested,
contact Shane Sims at the library at ss...@acplwy.org or contact
him at the film showing on August 18.
The movie listings for local theaters below don't include
limited run movies showing in Laramie now and during the next
few days, including, "The Lost Boys" (1987) along with other
special event showings. Check the local theater web pages (links
below) to see information about these limited run films and
other upcoming movies, Fathom Events, TCM anniversary showings,
