There are four new movies opening this week in Laramie theaters, including the science fiction action movie "Mercy", the drama "H is for Hawk", the horror sequel "Return to Silent Hill" and the inspirational sports biographical movie, "Standout: The Ben Kjar Story".

The best movies in town this week, are "Hamnet", "28 Years Later: The Bone Temple", "Avatar: Fire and Ash", "Marty Supreme", "Zootopia 2" and "Is This Thing On?".

The movie listings for local theaters below don't include limited run movies showing over the next week, including, "Megadeth: Behind the Mask" (2026) "Mean Girls" (2004) and "Interstellar" (2014) as well as other movie series, sporting events and special event showings. Greetings fellow film fans:
There are four new movies and one re-release opening this week in Laramie theaters, including, the stranded suspense movie "Send Help", the horror movie "Iron Lung", the action movie "Shelter" and the documentary, "Melania". Opening Friday is the 3D re-release of the 2014 animated hit, "The Lego Movie".

The best movies in town this week, are "The Lego Movie", "No Other Choice", "Mercy", "Standout: The Ben Kjar Story", "Hamnet", "28 Years Later: The Bone Temple", "Avatar: Fire and Ash" and "Zootopia 2". 

I am not sure when the Korean film, "No Other Choice" opened, maybe yesterday (Tuesday) but it was not here last week, and it is already closing this week (last shows on Thursday, January 29). "No Other Choice" was nominated for a Golden Globe best movie not in the English language award. Also closing early this week is "In Cold Light", after a similar brief run.
