Leads,

Are people available this coming Saturday the 22nd for an onsite
meeting at Union Park? The bar opens at 4:00PM, and I'd like to do a
walk-through to figure out layout and discuss next steps for
preparation. I know some folks have already stopped by the bar, if
you think another meeting is redundant please speak up.

Thanks,
Andy

I can be there. I'd probably have to leave by 5, but I can be there for
that hour.

Ken discussed what he thought might be a good lay out. I posted a diagram
on the Google site and Facebook page.
The big suggested difference was that install move to the area directly to
the left of the entrance (where nothing happened last year) and that
repair move out of the dark corner to the area that install was in last
year.
The plugs behind the bar are mostly on separate circuits. The upstairs
area has the newest service and will could likely provide the most
reliable service.

Is the meeting at 4? Sorry, I live in San Antonio so I have to plan way in advance.
Thanks

Don,

Where do you have intake/eval?

It wasn't so much my thinking as what I remembered Ken saying. I do like
the new placement of install. (The area on the direct left:
http://lap2010.googlegroups.com/web/union_pan_2.jpg) With salvage
possibly taking the old place of repair.

I think I mislabeled: Intake and eval should be on the patio.
Possibly the space on the direct left for salvage (the old repair
corner) http://lap2010.googlegroups.com/web/union_pan_1.jpg
The space next to it for repair (lots of nice natural lighting).

Possibly with a flow similar to this:

Also, those pallets that hold salvage and ewaste can be put against the wall on the breezeway outside...as long as there is enough room to comfortably get by and apease the fire marshall...
