Hey All: So I'm on the board of directors with the Pasadena Jazz
Institute and we have a GORGEOUS venue (JI Lounge) right next to the
very popular and trendy Bodega Wine Bar in the Paseo Colorado (easy
parking) over looking Pasadena City Hall.

The venue is turn key and I'm looking co-produce events with folks
where it makes sense...www.pasjazz.org for a taste. Stage, grand
piano, 2 bars, outside patio, etc. If I'm involved in the event I can
get the venue for a great deal.

Hey guys, I'll add that I ran into Kurt and Lambie after a great show at the
JI (the yearly Charlie Brown Xmas special done by David Arnay, which is a
fantastic show btw) and it's definitely a great location and very cool spot,
so if we're planning on having something up Pasadena-way, this would be the
place to do it!

So events and Winter/Spring for me are booked, but I'm apparently
putting on a WordCamp in Los Angeles. The target date is some time
during the Summer. Considering its releases are named after great
jazz musicians (2.7 was code-named "Coltrane") this would probably be
a great venue for just such an event.

It's too early to get the wheels turning on this now, but you can bet
that I'll be in touch Kurt. :)
