Google开源Tensorflow框架已经一年多了，第一次TensorFlow Dev Summit于今年2月15日在Mountain View举办，本社区于2月18日组织了录像观看活动，观看峰会的主题报告，在观看录像之后，Lanzhou GDG志愿者申泽邦还给与会的开发者讲解深度强化学习理论，指导现场用TensorFlow实现了一个Deep Q-learning Network。
