Weddings in 2009 or later

Hi Everyone

It's that time of year again, wedding plans are underway and dates are
being chosen. Some of our brides are already asking us for dates as
far away as 2010. Now is a good time to clarify the process for
wedding dates taking place after 2008.

Obtaining a fixed date in 2009 or beyond is a time consuming process,
involving many trips to the priest and a couple of months going back
and forth. As you can imagine, during the process, if two or more
brides are asking for the same date it can be a race to the finishing
line.

To prevent disappointment we have put a new system in place. If you
would like to pre-book a date for 2009 or later we will request a
deposit of 300 euros. On receipt of the deposit we will guarantee that
we will request the date exclusively for you.

You do not have to pay a deposit, we will still try to get your chosen
date. However, if someone else decides to pay the deposit, we have to
immediately guarantee to request the date solely for them.

We will approach the priest on your behalf and, if for some reason he
is not able to provide the date, we will refund the deposit in full.
Also, if you change your mind before the date is confirmed, we will
also refund in full without question.

Once the date is confirmed by the priest, the balance of payment for
our fee will be required.
