Downloading in ubuntu and basics

Hey guys, 

I'm a student learning java and I was hoping to use laterna for a basic text based gui; however I can't find a way to download this that I can see, and I was hoping someone found a tutorial for some basics? I'm on ubuntu 20.04 using eclipse IDE if that helps.

You can download .jars from

  https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/googlecode/lanterna/lanterna/3.1.1/

if you're not using Maven (or Gradle, Ivy, etc.).
