Hi Tobias,

Was just poking around on https://github.com/getlantern/lantern/wiki and noticed you translated our sidebar into German, probably intending it for only the German wiki pages. Since you can currently only define a single sidebar for a GitHub wiki, this changed the sidebar to German for all our wiki pages. It's an easy mistake to make and other translators have done this before too.

I just changed the sidebar to mirror the language selection nav we have on the wiki homepage. Hopefully this makes it clearer that the same sidebar is displayed on all pages, and any further updates to the sidebar can just be to add links to other languages once they're available. (Hopefully we'll migrate off the wiki soon anyway.)

I'm copying lantern-i18n so other translators get the heads up too.
