Ihave recently bought an Intel X710-QDA2 from ebay, branded as Intel, not OEM, and I tried to update the firmware via 700Series_NVMUpdatePackage_v8_30_Linux but nvmupdate64e failed in the middle of the execution and now I get an "access error" when I run the tool.

As I don't have a 40gbe switch I was planning to use a splitter and use the card in 4x10 mode but the configuration utility wasn't working and investigating I discovered that a firmware upgrade was in order as the cards were running on version that was not supporting this capability.

No, meanwhile the card is "detected" by the OS (I tried both Windows 2019 and multiple versions of Ubuntu Linux 18.04 and 20.04), the i40e kernel module / driver report that the card is going into recovery mode but it actually doesn't (even after waiting more than 1 hour)

As additional information, I have also bought an Intel XL710-QDA1 from the same seller that came with the same firmware and on this one, as I was worried the update tool could have killed the card as well, I did a version by version update and I was able to perform a sequential update from 4.36 to 4.42 and then to 4.53. Once I did the update I was able to switch to the 4x10 mode and it's working as expected.

Thank you for the quick response. Upon checking the markings I am very sorry to inform you that the card that you purchased is an OEM. That is the reason why there was a problem in updating the firmware because you cannot install our NVM file to an OEM card and you cannot also use an NVM file from another OEM card to an Intel retail card because it may damage the card.

I tried to check the OEM origin of the card, however all I can see in our database is the part number H48722-003 is an OEM. I also tried to run the YottaMark Code and I am getting an invalid code result. You can also run the code here:

Thank you for the update. This is weird, when I run the same markings yesterday, it was giving me an invalid code. I will try to have this card checked further to identify it it is an OEM or retail card. By the way, can you provide the links of the NVM file update that you used? Did you also try the card on a different system to check if the card is no longer detected.

Yes, I tried with a different machine as well with the same problem. the card is detected by the kernel module on Linux or the drivers on Windows report an error when trying to start it and the nvmupdate tool report access error.

I hope you are having a good day. Upon checking your inquiry, we found out that you have a similar case with us which is 05155752. Since this is already being handled, we will close this thread now to avoid duplicate request.

I've been fighting with this since I did a fresh install of BE15 on a clean install of WS2008. Deleting the catalogs bought me about 3 weeks with no ODBC errors. They're back again at a rate of about 2000/day. If it happens again the way it did last time, it will be up to 50000/day in a short time. Errors in event log are:

Access to catalog index (Catalog index database) failed.

Reason: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]An error occurred in the Microsoft .NET Framework while trying to load assembly id 65536. The server may be running out of resources, or the assembly may not be trusted with PERMISSION_SET = EXTERNAL_ACCESS o CCatRecordSet::Open

I am facing an issue accessing my WD MYCloud Home for the past 5 days. I enabled my local user for my network and i was able to see and access my files on both Windows and Mac devices inside my house. For the past 5 days it stopped and shows me the attached error. I tired to login to turn off the local sharing and enable it again but I am getting another error:

This may be related to the deprecated WD Discovery which may still be running on your OS (Win and mac). Uninstall WD Discovery completely from your OSes and reboot. If that does not solve your problem, open a support ticket.

We can access our data using mobile or through the web interface. The personal data is on the device and can be downloaded (etc.). It is a problem of LOCAL access (using FINDER and EXPLORER). And, without being able to use local access via Finder and Explorer, it makes the device, for the most part, useless.

Thank you for the update and never mind about the reset of MCH as this server error is most likely caused by a Samba error from the My Cloud Home which requires an update of the firmware from WDC.

I also used clear device settings but being on Windows 10 i also had the public folder mapped and I had to unmap that, reboot (log off might have worked) and log back in and I could access my personal share.

I know from the past Windows can give different credentials for the public network share and then it will not use the correct credentials for a personal share thus having to log into a personal share first to prevent that.

Thank you so much for this post. Happened exactly the same, all of a sudden no more access to my user directory from local connection on my Mac. Nothing was changed. Clearing the settings and re creating the same user did the trick. No data loss.

But now the app and web access to the disk shows the directories they want ! Not all are listed. It started with only 3 and time after time some directories are added and shown. What a strange behavior. Local access is fine and all directories on the disk are shown.

Hello! When ever I attempt to install anything from the Marketplace, including the content examples I receive the following error. Install Failed A file access error has occurred. Please check your running processes. I have tried...

I am trying to provision my iPhone for development; I followed all the steps the developer portal to adding and making the keychains and whatnot, but after trying double-click the certificate, as it says in the developer portal, keychain access gives me an error:

This article provides a resolution for the A general mailbox access error occurred while receiving email through the mailbox warning that's logged in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 mailbox record.

A general mailbox access error occurred while receiving email through the mailbox . The owner of the associated email server profile Microsoft Exchange Online has been notified. The system will try to receive email again later.

Email Server Error Code: Exchange server returned ErrorMailboxStoreUnavailable exception.

This warning may be logged when using the Server-Side Synchronization feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to integrate with Microsoft Exchange. Microsoft Dynamics 365 communicates with Microsoft Exchange using Exchange web services (EWS). If Microsoft Dynamics 365 attempts to retrieve information for a mailbox, Microsoft Exchange may respond with an ErrorMailboxStoreUnavailable. As documented in the following Microsoft Exchange documentation, this response indicates Exchange could not process the request because the mailbox was not available at the time:

If this warning message is found but does not continue to occur and incoming/outgoing emails are processing successfully, this warning can be ignored. Microsoft Dynamics 365 will try accessing the mailbox again. If the warning persists, it may be necessary to investigate why Microsoft Exchange is returning this message. Verify the Exchange mailbox is accessible. If you are using Exchange Online, access the Service Health Dashboard as an Office 365 administrator to verify that no known service health issues are posted for the Exchange Online service.

I'm experiencing the same "Access Error" across all (3) of my Yamaha devices all of a sudden - I can play Pandora fine on my PC through web page, and on my phone with Pandora app. This just started happening for no apparent reason. Network access from my Yamaha's is fine as they can play Internet radio stations just fine. I can't even log back in/or out - the Yamaha just refuses to even try to connect with "Access error" . I find it difficult to believe all three of my Yamaha Musiccast devices failed at the same time, this must have something to do with my Pandora account?

I've gone ahead and removed the Yamaha connection with your Pandora account. When this takes affect you'll automatically be logged out. Please log back in and let me know if you continue to have trouble.

Checking the Pandora account associated with your community profile, I don't see a Yamaha receiver or a Sonos device connection. The only device I see is an Android mobile phone connected in late February of this year.

Also, looks like this Pandora account was recently created and has no stations. Is it possible you have another Pandora account under a different email address? If so, please do not post that email on the community page. Let me know and I'll reach out to you in private message to follow up. Thanks!

I've removed the Yamaha connection with your Pandora account. When this takes affect, you'll automatically be logged out. Can you run through the set-up and see if you're still having the same trouble.

Hey, my Yamaha/Pandora account locked up again, giving me the 'no access' message with no way to manually log myself out from the Yamaha screens available to me. Can you please remove my Yamaha receiver so I can reset it on the account?
