Laser Cutter Realigned

Joe and I spent some time tonight realigning the laser. It is now able to cut 1/8th plywood, toward the center of the bed. It's not perfect, but it's way better than it was. Enjoy.

If the work piece is set up toward the top-left of the bed, I'm able to cut 1/8" ply at 100% power and 30% speed. I could probably crank it higher, but it works as is. :)

I also had some concern that the test firing we were doing during the alignment process was not marking the heat sensitive paper labels when firing at 20% power... If I test fired 5 or 6 times it might mark it once out of that.

Also the distance between the first and second mirror the power level (darkness of dot) was significantly less, it seems like there was power loss over distance which seemed a little odd.
