Sorry, I think that was implicit with the last board meeting but hadn't been explicitly stated.  Unless the board has something particularly sensitive to discuss, meetings are open meetings.

In that case only the portion of the meeting where something sensitive is being discussed would be closed.  

Stephen, if you're available and are planning on attending, let me know and I'll add to the agenda to discuss the print materials.
