Hi all,
Firstly, thank you very much for entering a team in the first annual Lansdowne Tagfest.
We just wanted to contact you to outline how the day is going to run, the rules and what you need to do.
We currently have 12 teams, so the first matches are scheduled below:

Please note there are currently some extra players who are going to come down thus we might have capacity for more teams. Should this happen the organising committee will inform all involved of extra games in plenty of time. If you have less than 10 players in your squad please let us know tomorrow and we can arrange for extra players to fill in should you wish.
We aim to be finished before 4.30 to give plenty of time before the Magners league final.
If you have tag shorts please bring them along, if not we will provide belts.
There will be shower facilities available.
We have also attached the rules in case no one has played tag before (these are generic tag rules so if there is any dispute the final call will reside with the organising committee).

Please note we have great raffle prizes, including concert tickets, tickets to the sold out Ireland v England and Ireland v Pakistan cricket matches, 4 ball round of golf, alcohol and much more, so please bring loads of cash!
I do not have all the email addresses so please forward on to those who are participating tomorrow and any other people who are interested as we can accommodate all.
