The Twins

They completed the tour of the early history of America, and then Bill
drove "The Hit" to the Philadelphia Museum of Art Steps where Rocky
Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) trained for his big fight against Apollo
Creed (Carl Weathers) by running up the steps. They talked about
catastrophic weather events, and Bill elaborated on a case he was
involved with in the courts. The ability of Onlineglass-com to adjust
pricing for events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and tropical storms
would be effective is allowing increased prices during such events.
Onlineglass-com could be used to curb price gouging during such
events. By 1997, the statue of Rocky Balboa from the museum to
Veterans Stadium where the Philadelphia Phillies (NL) and Philadelphia
Eagles (NFL) played their respective sports. Rocky' statue was tiring
like the tour, and Bill suggested that he might drive the hit to the
hotel near the airport. "The Hit" agreed as the trip had taken it's
toll.

Philippines in 1945-1946 in preparation for Filipino independence.
Italy's occupation was increased in 1946 at the Free Territory of
Trieste. The US Marines garrisoned in Mainland China during 1945-1947
to meddled with their allies (Soviet Union) removal of Japanese forces
from Mainland China. American increased their meddling in 1948 in
Berlin, and Americans occupied South Korea and Germany during
1945-1949. Americans continued their occupation of Japan from
1945-1952, and they occupied Austria from 1945-1955. American
increased their presence in the Jerusalem in 1948 to protect the US
Consul General, and in
1948-1949 Americans dispatched troops to Nanking and Shanghai China to
protect the American Embassy when American lost positions to the
Communist troops. "The Hit" realized just how much glory and killing
could be seen in the Warships steel.

Little Manitou Lake

In November at Saskatoon in 1980 Donny Ethier had taken one of the
rooms in the house trailer. "The Hit" met his brothers Lloyd and
Ron. He had also met his sister Ellie and her friend Darla. Toby had
wandered out of the picture, and Penny's friends Wayne Seroka, Frog,
Kevin, and their gang wandered into the picture, "The Hit" had kept
to himself during Harvey's Run, and it might be said he kept to
himself to much. He was partying way to much, as the pendulum swung
to the other side. The parties were also getting out of hand, and
several time the neighbour called the police. Wayne and his gang were
more interested in starting fights than anything else. Yet, "The Hit"
also met Cindy and Kathy whom he liked. Penny had invited a diverse
group of people to the parties, and "The Hit" got to know a few of
them as the dust settled after the parties. The University of
Saskatchewan was seeing less and less of "The Hit" as he had fallen
behind in September and October, and how he just did not think he
could catch up!

"The Hit" returned Calvin's call from his voice mailbox, as Calvin
knew "The Hit" when they were young. Calvin was about 15 years older
than "The Hit" in St. Brieux. Calvin was Robert;'s son on his mothers
side of the family. Calvin went on in the voicemail to say that it
was important for "The Hit" to call his brother Leo in St. Brieux
Saskatchewan. Ironically, they had never spoken voice to voice.
Without the voice mail, "The Hit" would have missed Calvin's call.
Now, he was easily found with his name in the Telus directory. That's
how Calvin must would have located him, but why would Calvin be
calling as they had not met in 15 years? "The Hit" decided to
returned Calvin's call to discover that the phone number was for the
RCMP detachment in Abbotsford was his cousin. After all, Calvin had
joined the RCMP after high school in St. Brieux about 25 years ago
when "The Hit" was still a child in St. Brieux Saskatchewan. "The
Hit's" call was transferred by the front desk in the detachment to
Calvin's office. The line rang a couple of times, before Calvin's
voicemail picked up for him. "The Hit" was asked to leave a message.

On Commercial Drive Mitchell still appeared to be defending the NAGS
part numbering system, and "The Hit" was working on his own database.
What could have been a front end for a database was becoming both a
front and back end to the auto glass industry. "The Hit" set up a
Sony VAIO running Windows 98 for David's potential investor AYW, and
Dallas, Edmonton, Detroit, and St. Louis were poised to win their
Western Conference quarterfinals. Paul was becoming a regular
visitor, and life on Commercial Drive was getting ugly. Starbucks,
Avanti's, Super Valu, Norman's, and walking on Commercial Drive was
not helping. "The Hit" decided to pick up a hack saw, blades, and
black electrical tape at the Home Hardware Store on the 1500 block of
Commercial Drive for the 12 Gauge Cooey. "The Hit" also picked up an
additional lock for the door which he installed himself. Finally, he
"adjusted" the shotgun by cutting the barrel down and cutting most of
the stock off the shotgun. He cut off the pin which extended to
through the end of the stock. He taped the handled with a whole roll
of black electrical tape to secure the remaining wood to the metal
arm which went into the wood. Paul became familiar with the sawed off
shotgun beside his keyboard when he visited one day while he worked at
the end of April 1998. He just forgot to put it aside. Meanwhile,
the Clan from Clavet was still plowing the road in front of him on
Commercial Drive.

business, and "The Hit" didn't think Mitchell fit into this core group
of companies. Finally, "The Hit" had lost the war on Commercial Drive
by the middle of May. The Clan from Clavet had spoken with to many
people. He had an idea. He would tell the truth to the Vancouver
Police Department. He would tell them how they got their evidence,
and he would tell them their informant was trying to get him killed.
He planned out how he was going to approach the Vancouver Police
Department.

Conspiracy to Commit Murder: Vancouver Police Department

During the middle of May in Vancouver, the Vancouver Police Department
offered "The Hit" little in terms of help. They wanted their
evidence, and they offered to have a squad car do a regular drive by
on Victoria Drive. "The Hit" would never know if the two officers
followed up any further, and he walked home to 910 Victoria drive by
taking Main Street, Hastings Street, and Commercial Drive to Venables
Street where he walked up the hill to Victoria Drive. "The Hit" would
never know if these two officers were even interested in getting to
the bottom of their informants actions. The Vancouver Police
Department had their evidence, and they didn't care what their
informant was doing. When "The Hit" arrived home he loaded the sawed
off shotgun with the 8.1 MM shells. There were 9 small ball bearings
in each shell. That was the only remaining option he had left.

Kensington Medical Clinic

"The Hit" decided that he had to do something about his foot. He
could not remember hurting his foot by twisting his ankle or stubbing
his toe. Yet, if he was going to be able to protect himself he would
need to walk or run. He decided to drop into the Kensington Medical
Clinic in the Kensington Square Mall. Bob gave him a ride to the
clinic because he could not walk. and he was examined by the clinic
doctor. The doctor thought the problem was Gout, however she
suggested X Rays to be certain their was no break. Bob drove "The
Hit" to Laurel Radiology Inc at 2728 Hastings Street East in
Vancouver. "The Hit" had X Rays taken of his foot, and they told him
there appeared to be no break. He returned to the Kensington Medical
Clinic, and he was prescribed Gout medication for the first time in
his life. His medical records will show the appointments with the
Kensington Medical Clinic, Laurel Radiology Inc, and the prescription
for Gout. The medication was quite hard on his stomach, but the
relief was well worth the discomfort. He might need to run from Jimmy
The Junkie, Little Mike, Mike, and Jeff. What was becoming more
important was why did the Mysterious Financier's sub human follow him
to N Ranalagh?

Mysterious Financier

"The Hit" had noticed certain repetitive attention from certain people
as they entered the Pacific Central Station. He was taking a lot of
heat on the street, however it appeared that a few people were trying
to convince other people. "The Hit" could not believe Jimmy The
Junkie, his crew, and his "Mysterious Financier" were now promoting
him for a hit. "The Note" was clearly talking about home invasions
and Jimmy The Junkie and his Crew? However, "The Hit" felt he was
being watched as he entered the VIA Rail Station. He walked in the
front door, and proceeded to the VIA Rail counter in the Station. He
waited in a short line to purchase his ticket with the St. Brieux
Credit Union debit card. While he waited in line to purchase his
ticket he wondered about "The Note". Could it be that Jimmy The
Junkie, his Crew, and the "Mysterious Financier" were not telling
anyone on the street about what was going on at the time?

Saskatoon Police Department

In Saskatoon in 1983, "The Hit" hauled in railway ties to make bumpers
around the 3 rd Avenue South and 21 St Street East in parking lot in
Saskatoon with a rented truck from Budget Rent a car. Then, he rented
another lot which was a used car dealership across from the Patritia
Hotel on Second Avenue North in Saskatoon. The Patricia Hotel owned
the property which had a small 2 office building on the property. The
rental contract was signed and another lot went up with only a meter.
This lot filled quickly as the old building on the property got a new
shingles, and the building got new paint. "The Hit" hired Debbie as
secretary for the office, and he hired Tyler and Bernie for
maintenance of the 5 parking lots when the new 3/4 ton truck arrived
for the company. Tyler and Bernie began giving out private parking
violation tickets on the lot on 3 rd Avenue South and 21 St Street
East, and the Saskatoon Police Department came by "The Hit's" office
while he was working on new deal with Crown Tire for a great little
property on 23 rd Street East and Pacific Avenue.

[Canadian Train]

Vancouver Harbour Centre

The train was delayed 30 minutes on December 20 th 1997, and while
"The Hit" watched out the window he considered his situation. Jimmy
The Junkie, Little Mike, Mike, and Jeff had their note, and the
Mysterious Financier was funding their accusation. Why was the
Mysterious Financier funding the accusations? When "The Hit" knew
Jimmy The Junkie and his crew at the Gastown Hotel in Vancouver, and
when Jimmy The Junkie was busted in Vancouver Provincial Criminal
Court in 1994, "The Hit" did nothing but loose his car. Then when he
met Barb he moved on with his life through the Slocan Valley visits,
and their new lives in Aldergrove next to the Alder Inn Hotel. When
Barb and "The Hit" moved to New Westminster "The Hit" started
equipment at Vancouver Harbour Centre for the auto glass project, and
it was by chance that Barb and "The Hit" met Jimmy The Junkie and
Little Mike at the Piccadilly Pub in downtown Vancouver. Then, "The
Hit" kicked Jimmy The Junkie out of his place at Manitoba Street in
New Westminster.

Hells Angels

It was 9 years before MJ contacted The Hit. Neither, The Hit or MJ
had known Cayla to be his daughter. Then MJ went through a difficult
divorce in 1996. MJ proposed that DNA tests should be completed in
the custody battle in the courts. The tests were completed, and they
determined that MJ 's husband of 10 years was not the father. Then MJ
needed to track down The Hit. MJ remembered "The Hit's" brother Leo.
Leo provided shingles for her roof in 1987, when The Hit helped build
a roof on her trailer. MJ was able to find Leo by phone in St.
Brieux, as he has the same surname in the small village. Then because
of Calvin's call from Abbotsford on a newly connected number in
Burnaby, MJ was able to get "The Hit's" new number from Leo. It had
taken MJ a while to find Leo, and eventually she did get The Hit's
number from Leo. MJ and Cayla had been working at contacting for a
while. Meanwhile, The Hit went to the freight desk!
