Dreamland golf course is a Dye Design masterpiece, providing a premium golf experience with a refreshing Mediterranean feel in the Caucasus. Guests can relax and enjoy the hospitality of Dreamland community with its golf academy, clubhouse, restaurants, patio terraces and real estate opportunities.
Tapered fairways and well-bunkered greens provide challenges for experienced golfers, while the level landscaping gives beginners long-range views, which assist in directing their play. Located close to the Caspian Sea, prevailing winds provide unique and varied conditions, challenging new and experienced golfers each time they step on the course.
Just a few kilometres from the city centre and Baku International Airport is the Dreamland Complex, one of the most luxurious residential and commercial complexes in Azerbaijan. Considered to be the new paradise in Baku, with an 18-hole golf course as its backyard, this facility covers an area of 330 hectares and more than 2 million square metres of greenery and 12 thousand square metres of lakes and deep ponds.
Dreamland Country and Life is a 15,000-square-metre residence located to the south-east of the Dreamland Complex, whose residential structure has a separate entrance from the golf club and villas. Nonetheless, the public and commercial spaces of the entire complex remain available here: from wellness facilities to opulent boutiques, from restaurants to luxury clubs.
Local junior golfers took part in an exclusive clinic with Montgomerie at the state-of-the-art Dreamland Golf Academy, which comprises two IMG performance studios featuring leading swing analysis technology, two-tiered driving range, and 9-hole par 3 short course, run by Head PGA Professional Michael Sweenie.

Dreamland golf course Cairo located only few minutes from the Great Pyramids of Giza. In fact, the site designed by the famous Golf architect Karl Litten. Dreamland golf course indeed is one of the longest in Egypt. Moreover, it has a special pharaonic touch. The actual Giza pyramids are visible from some holes. We were approached by Dreamland Golf Club to help them launch their brand new 18 hole DYE Design golf course. Tasked with developing a digital strategy that would allow them to maximise their initial investment, we started by creating an award winning website.
