Dr Eliyantha White's Advice to People

Dr Eliyantha White stresses that many of our sufferings such as cancers and other conditions are due to grave misdeeds in the past; the ill we commit in one life will be paid for in another life; therefore people need to live an honest life, free of sin. Also Dr Eliyantha White stresses that people should refrain from killing and eating animals.

Early Life 
R. Eliyantha Lindsay White was born in 1973 in Kalubowila, a suburb of Colombo, where he spent his childhood. Dr. Eliyantha White's ancestors were Britishers who came to Sri Lanka during the British colonial period, who originally lived in Nuwara Eliya & were devoted Buddhists.  Later Dr. Eliyantha White's parents moved to Colombo. Dr.Eliyantha White was educated at St.Thomas College, Mount Lavinia.

Supernatural Powers

When Eliyantha child was at the age of 12, one of his brothers got sick and later it was found that his brother had a Cancer which was considered to be incurable by the Western Medicine. Then the parents of Dr.Eliyantha White started to perform Bodhi Pooja (a Buddhist ritual performed within a day or continuous short period at a temple to wish someone wellness) at a near by temple. Eliyantha child started to go to Temple for the Bodhi Pooja and it was then he started to feel calls of divine powers which he claims to be from the spirits of Rishis who lived in India long time ago. One day at the Temple Eliyantha child noted that some divine power is trying to give some medicine and a ball of Ayurvedic medicine was placed on his palm by the divine power at the Temple. He was also told by the divine power how to use the same to cure his brother. Eliyantha child told the story to his parents and started to use the medicine he received. Surprisingly his brother was cured by this medicine. Eliyantha child continued going to Temple whenever he wanted to consult this divine power and later he was able to contact this divine power without going to Temple. Later Dr. Eliyantha White started to treat patients in & around his area and became popular among them. He also started learning Ayurveda and improved his abilities by meditative means.

According to Dr Eliyantha White, ailments are due to the sins of past births (known as Karma Shakthi in Buddhist Philosophy). His method of treatment in his own words is as follows:

"It is also called Nila Sashthraya. When someone sits before me with an ailment I can feel his system, but what is more important is that I can see a light, as small as a welder's sparkle and I begin to hear and sense the medication for his ailment."

Prominence as an Ayurvedic Doctor

As the required herbs are brought to Dr Eliyantha White's mind by a power from the universe and some of the names by which the herbs are identified are ancient names and some of these herbs are from places in India, Nepal and Bhutan, Dr Eliyantha White often faced with a problem of finding the required herbs in treating the patients. This made Dr Eliyantha White to seek for Government help; however Dr Eliyantha Whites's many attempts on this regard failed as most of the government officials & political leaders Dr Eliyantha White approached did not believe in his abilities & treatments. However later Dr Eliyantha White was able to contact H.E. Mahinda Rajapaksa, the Sri Lankan President, who listened to Dr Eliyantha White and wanted to explore his abilities. This enabled Dr Eliyantha White to prove his abilities to the President and obtain his blessings and assistance in finding the required herbs. Dr Eliyantha White soon became the personal physician of the Sri Lankan President and became widely known after many ailments of famous characters, which were considered incurable by Western system of Medicine, were cured with ease.

Dr Eliyantha White has helped thousands of patients with bone injuries, cancer, cardiac problems, thalassemia, spine problems, back pains, migraine, gastritis. Recently he claimed that he has a cure for AIDS. Dr Eliyantha White treats patient for free. No fees whatsoever are charged from the patients and cost of finding the required herbs are borne by the President's Fund.
