This is total rubbish. No way would he loosing control be the cause of
the accident. He would have simply been speeding, would have not even
bothered to take notice of the pedestrian crossing and last moment only
would have braked and caused this incident.

On this road no on one stops at the pedestrian crossing, and I've
seen that a lot. I wonder if the pedestrian crossings are at the
correct places also or are they too close to the round about ?

Another cause for accidents is after passing British School there is a
space to turn right, and that clearly has a no right turn and a lot of
driver make that turn. There used to be cops that used to catch these
idiots but not any more. They should make it a point to keep this check
atleast, our idiot drivers can't drive a bit further to make the
legal right turn.

Anyways in the case of this incident I would blame the cop for speeding
and negligence. I've seem police jeeps drive on the wrong side, cut
lights when the feel like it (don't think there is any emergency),
park in the middle of the road to pick their kids up from school, stop
where ever they like in the middle of the road, go slow on the fast
lane (we can horn but what will be next ?), so who's going to teach
them a lesson ?
