Dear yogis!

I get lots of questions about hamstring and hip opening.  Alongside this I get frequent questions about shoulder mobility and strengthening.  So I have devised a series of posts and videos addressing just this!

First, help your shoulders move better while doing a more effective hip opening as shown in this post:
