Hope this find you well. We made a small glitch with the room rates for the upcoming retreat. That is good news for you as spaces are available at a reduced rate (for those already paid we have notified and will return any overpaid money!). Also, did we forget to tell you that you can now book a/c rooms at Talalla but you have to be quick as there are only a few and these are available for double only. The revised rates are:
1) Single 51,000 (versus 55,000 previously)2) Double (per person) 41,000 (versus 43,000 previously)3) Triple (per person) 38,000 (versus 40,000 previously)4) Bungalow double (per person) 44,000 (versus 46,000 previously)

I know not everyone has great access to Olympic Games coverage. I find it amazing to catch even small glimpses of these extraordinary athletes. But this video of paralympians completely wowed me. It's called "Yes, I can" and brought tears to my eyes. I love the spirit and it inspired me in my own very meagre practice to affirm that yes, I can at least try my best in what I do. Finally, we are getting stuck into some interesting ideas on being stable and mobile in our hips in my regular classes. We will work some more on these ideas during the retreat.
