Christy-

I am not sure how Language Forge handles sort order.  Usually the sort order and list of word-forming characters would be listed in a file with the extension .ldml.  When you do a LIFT export from FLEx, it should be creating an entire folder, not just a single file.  I have not done an import into Language Forge yet, but does it ask you for the whole LIFT folder, or just the .lift file?  If it asks for the whole folder, hopefully it is bringing in the .ldml file and getting the sort order and information about which characters are word-forming.

Hello. I have converted my FLEx lexicon into a LIFT file in order to upload to Language Forge and participate in the beta testing stage. I have a question about word order.
We use the Devanagari script. In addition, we use the high dot in the word-initial position to indicate high tone. In FLEx I inserted the \u971 formula to allow the high dot to be included in the word order (so that the lexicon does not push all of the high tone words to the very end). Is it or will it be possible to insert these types of formulas in order to create these types of exceptions in various fonts?

Thank you!
