Language Forge v0.9.10 released

Language Forge v0.9.10 has been released with the following improvements:

- comments and comment replies now show up immediately when clicking post or reply (previously, there was a network delay)

- faster load times of dictionary data, especially for large dictionaries

- dictionary and comment data is now cached locally in the browser, eliminating the need to re-download the dictionary when the application loads on first page access

- progress indicator for first-time downloading of the dictionary (useful for dictionary over 5,000 entries)

- other internal improvements and bug fixes
