Language Forge v0.9.9 released

Language Forge v0.9.9 has been released with several improvements:

- Imported Lists can now be managed in the Option List tab.  Examples of lists include Grammatical Category (Part of Speech), Publish In, Etymology, Morph Type, etc.

- Now, by default all fields are visible to all users.  Managers can hide fields for certain roles or specific members in the View Settings.  This is in response to several people's feedback about not being able to see the gloss field initially.

- other internal improvements and bug fixes

Note: I have noticed that sometimes, after new features have been released, a browser F5 reload is needed in order for the site to work properly.  If you suspect a problem or bug with the site related to any just-released features, try doing a F5 reload or even a hard reload (Ctrl F5).
