PHP and SQL are written with all caps, yet Cobol and Fortran are not? All four are acronyms.

Hi,
Fortran is written Fortran these days - kind of like Tcl is Tcl, and
not TCL. Apparently COBOL is still COBOL, so yeah, that could be
fixed.
