Good afternoon, folks,
As I await property owners' decisions on whether or not to join the collective application to close the lane (deadline is 21 January, please), attached for your information is a PDF of the R-plan survey of the south end of the lane, showing the new home at 169 Ivy as well as the lane boundaries and various trees, fences and encroachments in the vicinity. This was just released and will form part of our committee file on this issue.
