Good afternoon,

You are receiving this email as you are invited to attend a Laneway Information Exchange Meeting on 20th December, 7:00 to 8:45 p.m., at Memorial Hall, 39 Dufferin Row.

Details of the meeting are below and also attached as a document.

Posters will also be placed on streets in the immediate area of the block bordered by Ivy Crescent, Putman Avenue, Vaughan and Bertrand Streets.

This is an opportunity for the community to learn more about a recent proposed change in the use of the laneway, to comment and to ask questions. It is not an official hearing.

I will chair this meeting and I ask all attendees to respect the content and schedule of the meeting. (See below.)

If any residents or property owners of the block have questions of common interest about this issue, which have not been answered to date, please feel free to send these questions so that we can pass them to the City in time to prepare information accordingly.

We expect about 75 people to attend the meeting. There will be a side table for any residents who wish to bring cookies or snacks. I will provide water and juice for the meeting, and cups, plates and napkins.

Sincerely,

David Mennier
