I still owed you answers on two outstanding questions from our on-site meeting last week, please convey these to your neighbours:

 

Piped infrastructure:

There is no piped infrastructure (water, wastewater, stormwater) under this lane.

 

Compensation:

There is no compensation available to owners for the removal of encroachments from the lane.

 

In addition, I would like to speak with you by phone, if possible this week, regarding the planned meeting of December 20^th.
