my wife has had copd for3 years. she was allways mobile able to walk around and do things only problem was breathing. she got a respiratory infection 4 weeks ago and she was admitted to the hosp. she has been released this past week. now she is pretty much imobile can't walk without help. is this unusual? is it something that happens? she is currently receiving physical therapy.
